Per Diem - Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive, school-based mental health services, including individual, group, and family
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned school-based program.
• Partner with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation and assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active clinical license in the state (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 4+ years of experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs.
• 2+ years of supervising staff; clinic supervision preferred.
• Proficient in EMR systems and standard office software; strong documentation skills.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with students, families, and school staff.
