PER DIEM - Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive, school-based mental health services to students.
• Deliver direct clinical care, including intake, assessments, therapy, and crisis response.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for behavioral and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment as needed within ESS guidelines.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state
• 4+ years of experience working with children/adolescents
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR; strong organizational skills
• Experience with school-based mental health and trauma-informed practices
• Ability to build trusting relationships with students, families, and school staff
