📋 Description

  • Provide comprehensive, school-based mental health services including individual, group, and family
  • Conduct intake, diagnostic and clinical assessments in schools
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and coordinate with families and school staff
  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned school-based program
  • Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
  • Monitor program performance and ensure alignment with ESS clinical standards

🎯 Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Active associate number or clinical license (e.g., AMFT, APCC, ACSW or LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in
  • 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional needs
  • Experience training/coaching educational professionals and parents on student mental health
  • Experience with schools, families, and community-based services (school-based preferred)
  • Strong ability to build trusting relationships with students, families, and staff
