• Proven experience in performance engineering, benchmarking, profiling
• Hands-on with benchmarking systems emphasizing reproducibility and variance control
• Strong understanding of systems architecture: databases, storage, networking, cloud
• Ability to analyze performance issues and propose practical solutions
• Experience creating tooling, automation workflows, and measurement frameworks
• Collaborates well with product, infra, and engineering teams
