• Design and improve benchmarking, profiling, and load-testing systems across cloud, databases, and

• Establish baselines, regression detection, and measurement frameworks for reliable results.
• Turn benchmark data into actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with DB, infra, and product engineering to drive performance improvements.
• Enable teams to run performance tests independently within development workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in performance engineering, benchmarking, and profiling complex distributed
• Hands-on with building/maintaining benchmarking systems with reproducibility and variance control.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture, databases, storage, networking, and cloud infra.
• Ability to analyze performance issues, identify root causes, and craft practical solutions.
• Experience creating performance tooling, automation workflows, and measurement frameworks.
• Comfortable collaborating across product, infra, and engineering teams.
