Performance Engineer - Benchmarking

📋 Description

• Build and improve benchmarking, profiling, and load testing across cloud, DBs, end-to-end
• Design benchmark suites and workloads representing real-world usage.
• Establish baselines, regression detection, and measurement frameworks.
• Create workflows to turn benchmark data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with DB, infra, and product teams to fix bottlenecks.
• Enable teams to run perf tests within development workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in performance engineering and benchmarking.
• Hands-on with benchmarking systems requiring reproducibility and accuracy.
• Strong systems knowledge: databases, storage, networking, cloud infra.
• Ability to analyze perf issues and propose practical solutions.
• Experience building tooling, automation, and measurement frameworks.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
