📋 Description

• Design benchmarking suites and reference workloads
• Improve benchmarking, profiling, and load-testing systems
• Establish baselines and regression detection
• Develop workflows: insights, regression triage, reproducible reports
• Collaborate across product, infra, and engineering teams
• Enable teams to run performance tests in development workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in performance engineering and benchmarking
• Hands-on with benchmarking systems, reproducibility and variance control
• Strong systems architecture knowledge: databases, storage, networking, cloud
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, craft practical solutions
• Experience creating tooling, automation, and measurement frameworks
• Comfortable collaborating across teams; strong communication
