📋 Description

• Build and improve benchmarking, profiling, and load-testing systems across cloud infrastructure
• Design benchmark suites and reference workloads representing real-world usage patterns.
• Establish baselines, regression detection, and measurement frameworks for reliable results.
• Develop workflows to convert benchmark data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with database, infrastructure, and product teams to improve performance.
• Create systems enabling teams to run performance tests within development workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in performance engineering and benchmarking complex distributed systems.
• Hands-on with building and maintaining benchmarking systems emphasizing reproducibility and
• Strong understanding of systems architecture including databases, storage, networking, and cloud.
• Ability to analyze performance issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Experience creating tooling, automation workflows, and measurement frameworks.
• Comfortable collaborating across product, infrastructure, and engineering teams.
