๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok across international markets.
  • Drive installs, purchases, and retention by refining audiences, bids, and placements.
  • Own test-and-learn: design experiments and lift studies across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Design on creatives and with tech on tracking (Pixel, CAPI, MMPs).
  • Monitor CPI, CPA, day-7/day-28 retention, and LTV; act on deviations.
  • Hands-on management of campaigns across multiple markets.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on paid social across markets; Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads.
  • Experience marketing a consumer app at scale with in-app purchases or subscriptions.
  • Familiarity with tracking/attribution (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, CAPI, AppsFlyer/Adjust).
  • Incrementality mindset; experience with A/B tests and lift studies; Excel/Sheets.
  • Strong communication and a proactive, curious mindset.
