🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, performance creative, or
  • Strong portfolio showing motion design, video editing, paid social creative, and social-first
  • Proven experience creating performance ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, CPM, CPC) and engagement metrics
  • Ability to analyze performance and turn data-driven insights into recommendations.
  • Test-and-learn mindset with willingness to experiment and refine work.
