🎯 Requirements

8+ years accounting experience or 10+ years with a Bachelor's degree; CPA required.
Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP exposure (Workday/NetSuite preferred).
Ability to lead a high-performing team and mentor others.
Experience with consolidation, reporting, audits, and global compliance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; adaptable to change.
