📋 Description

• Oversee workflow in a high-volume closed-door fulfillment environment
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure quality of their work
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosing, and labeling
• Provide patient counseling via phone on new prescriptions and refills
• Collaborate with prescribers to address clinical issues delaying dispensing

🎯 Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Active Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing
• 0-3 years of relevant experience; mail order/closed-door experience preferred
• Active Pharmacy License in multiple states preferred
• Strong English; bilingual Spanish preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to learn new software
