• Support pharmacy adherence programs through coordination of daily activities and workflows.

• Manage multiple software applications and phone systems for daily activities.
• Assist with adherence initiatives and training of Pharmacy Adherence Technicians.
• Contribute to process improvements and high-quality pharmacy services.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed pharmacy technician with strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as a licensed pharmacy technician in various settings.
• At least 1 year in a pharmacy adherence-focused team.
• Active Registered Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management.
