  • Execute outreach via phone and email to pharmacy owners and pharmacists-in-charge.
  • Qualify rigorously: licensing, GLP-1 capacity, state reciprocity, turnaround times.
  • Pipeline management: maintain CRM records from initial contact to handoff.
  • Facilitate handoffs: schedule qualified meetings for our partnerships team to close the deal.

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SDR/BDR work, healthcare recruiting, or medical sales
  • Strong familiarity with US business culture and communication styles
  • Tech-savvy with CRMs, Google Workspace, and VoIP tools
  • Big Plus: prior experience with GLP-1s, compounding pharmacies, or pharmaceutical supply chains
