Pharmacy Technician - Clinical Liaison

📋 Description

• Provide integrated support to patients and pharmacists with a hands-on approach to care.
• Collaborate with hospital clinicians to serve patients face-to-face and by phone.
• Educate patients on how hospital services improve care and adherence.
• Support outpatient retail and specialty prescription needs.
• Grow the specialty pharmacy patient population and adherence checks.
• Coordinate with the Patient Service Center for refill and appointment reports.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered pharmacy technician; CPhT preferred but not required.
• 2+ years experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
