🎯 Requirements

• Phlebotomy experience with oncology background is required (5-7 years).
• BS/BA degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy Certification as required by state regulations.
• Experience with EMR, CAP/CLIA guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
