Physical Security Hardware Specialist

📋 Description

• Install security tech solutions (access control, CCTV, other platforms)
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and hardware
• Ensure maintenance on installed systems is performed and tracked
• Assist in job walks and determine needs for new installations
• Fabricate, repair, and assemble hardware for security ops
• Collaborate to develop procedures for security tech use

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion, etc.)
• 3+ years with power/tools and calibrated tooling (preferred)
• Knowledge of Lenel and Avigilon software; Microsoft VISIO (preferred)
• Lenel and Avigilon certifications (preferred)
• Ability to read schematics, use precision tools, and work in high-pressure environments
