🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Washington license or eligible to obtain licensure
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; new grads welcome
• Ability to develop evidence-based, individualized care plans
• Strong communication and patient-centered care
• Willingness to participate in mentorship and educational programs
