🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent); Washington PT license or
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
• Collaborate with peers; participate in structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship.
• Engage in professional growth through in-house residency/fellowship programs and CEU opportunities.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care with a values-driven team.
• Ability to thrive in a supportive clinic environment with opportunities for growth.
