• Provide outpatient orthopedic PT care in Yakima, WA (Upstream Rehab network).

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington State.
• Ability to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient orthopedics and rehab.
• Willingness to participate in residency/fellowship pathways and CEU opportunities.
• Comfort with using modern clinical technology to reduce documentation time.
