📋 Description

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with clinical team and participate in onboarding and mentorship
• Utilize modern outpatient orthopedic tools and documentation
• Educate patients and track progress toward goals

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• PTA license or eligibility to practice in Tennessee
• Ability to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
• Willingness to work full-time, part-time, or PRN
