• Advocate clinician development, elevate patient outcomes, and foster a high-performing clinic
• Oversee clinic operations, patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
• Foster relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Mentor and lead a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in TN
• Leadership experience; passion for developing others
• Ability to lead clinic operations and drive team performance
• Strong patient-centered approach and commitment to clinical excellence
