📋 Description

• Lead an outpatient physical therapy clinic within Upstream Rehabilitation.
• Develop clinicians, elevate patient outcomes, and foster a high-performing clinic culture.
• Oversee clinic operations, patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling.
• Mentor and lead a team of physical therapists and clinical staff.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Path to multi-site leadership or clinic ownership available.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active State Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Current or eligible for Washington PT licensure.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and clinical development skills.
• Experience leading a clinical team and managing clinic operations.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and high clinical standards.
