🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active PT license (or eligible) in Virginia.
• Strong mentorship and growth mindset; able to work PRN.
• Evidence-based, outcomes-driven care focus.
• Excellent communication with patients and team.
• Willingness to participate in residency/education opportunities.
