📋 Description

• Provide safe, clean, joyful ear-piercing experiences.
• Perform piercings with nursing expertise and precision.
• Educate clients on aftercare and Rowan’s standards.
• Maintain sterile environment at nurse station and trays.
• Monitor customer experience and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate to keep operations smooth and support a celebratory atmosphere.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Professional, engaging customer care approach.
• Warm, team-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays/weekends.
• Open to all experience levels; pediatrics/ear piercing training a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness.
