Proven experience in sales, AE, or client-facing roles (staffing/recruitment/BPO/MS)
Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative sales
Comfortable facilitating live candidate introductions and real-time client interactions
Excellent verbal communication and video presence
Highly organized, self-directed, owns processes from prep to close
Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot a plus
