📋 Description

• Own the full accelerated demo-to-staff process.
• Run high-impact Google Meet demos for prospects.
• Bring two live candidates into every call for real-time experience.
• Soft-close and complete administrative work to move placement forward.
• Coordinate internal docs, CRM updates, and Discord collaboration.
• Maintain timely communication in Discord throughout the process.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales/ account executive or client-facing experience (staffing/recruitment aPlus).
• Strong discovery and consultative demo skills.
• Comfort presenting live candidates on calls.
• Excellent verbal communication and video presence.
• Highly organized, self-directed, able to own full process end-to-end.
• Experience with CRM systems; Discord/Hubspot a plus.
