Placement Specialist

📋 Description

• Prepare two to three strong candidates for every sales demo from internal pool
• Conduct discovery and present Wing’s value on Google Meet
• Bring two to three live candidates into the Google Meet for brief intro
• Close the sale upon client agreement with the chosen candidate
• Complete post-demo admin work, CRM updates, and Discord coordination
• Notify Customer Success when verbal commitment is secured for onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles (staffing/recruitment/BPO)
• Strong ability to run structured discovery and consultative demos
• Comfortable presenting live candidates
• Excellent verbal communication and professional video presence
• Highly organized and self-directed — own full process from prep through close
• Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot experience a plus and Discord familiarity
