PLADS (LTD) Claims Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Remote leadership role providing technical guidance across LTD claims management.
• Serve as trusted resource for case managers on complex claims and risk decisions.
• Mentor new employees and contribute to onboarding and ongoing development.
• Audit claims, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback to improve service quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years in relevant job experience, including 2+ years in case-management for STD/LTD or
• Strong understanding of insurance contracts, benefit plans, products, and claims-management
• Proven ability in case-management, risk-management techniques, and sound judgment for complex
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities; able to mentor and influence others.
