Planner / Scheduler

📋 Description

• The Planner / Scheduler builds and maintains the integrated project schedule for a data center
• Integrated schedule ownership across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage progress cycle with field walk-downs, partner schedule updates, and monthly re-baselining
• Analyze critical/near-critical paths, float erosion, and recovery options; model scenarios with
• Coordinate and challenge contractor/vendor schedules to defend the critical path.
• Develop commissioning schedules and reporting that drive project decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of planning/scheduling on large capital projects; data center, power, or heavy industrial
• Expert-level Primavera P6 with multi-thousand-activity programs, resource/cost loading, and
• Strong schedule quality governance: DCMA-style health checks, logic auditing, and avoidance of open
• Experience integrating and challenging contractor and vendor schedules; defend critical path
• Commissioning-phase scheduling experience in mission-critical delivery is a plus.
• Strong analytical and narrative skills; ability to convey the critical-path story to leadership.
