Translates business needs into analytical solutions and process improvements.
Supports inventory optimization, forecast analytics, and planning performance.
Leverages Kinaxis and other planning systems to improve processes.
Partners with cross-functional teams to share findings with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2-3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, analytics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel with data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) and SQL.
Experience with ERP/planning systems (Kinaxis, SAP, or similar).
