🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience leading fast-paced teams
  • Strong ops knowledge: production, maintenance, quality, inventory, workforce planning
  • Experience delivering via SQDC metrics
  • Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, problem-solving experience

🎁 Benefits

  • $165,000 - $175,000 base salary
  • Annual bonus varies by role level
