Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of internal platforms, automation workflows, and
• Administer, optimize, and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Design and develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows.
• Build integrations for data synchronization, provisioning, and operational processes.
• Develop internal tools to improve onboarding, access management, operations, collaboration, and
• Identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions, including intelligent assistants and workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems/Business Systems Engineering with ownership of internal platforms
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Experience administering/integrating CRM, support, billing, collaboration, and engineering tools.
• Solid knowledge of cloud infra (AWS, GCP), networking, identity management, and infra services.
• Experience API-driven integrations using REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs.
• Deep understanding of macOS and Linux environments.
