Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of internal platforms and automation workflows.
• Integrate business SaaS platforms (CRM, billing, support, tooling).
• Develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows.
• Build integrations for data sync, provisioning, and IT processes.
• Introduce AI-driven automation, workflow analytics, and intelligent assistants.
• Automate onboarding, identity management, and self-service IT workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems/Business Systems Engineering with ownership of internal platforms.
• Strong Python, Go, Bash or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with SaaS platform integration (CRM, support, billing, collaboration, engineering).
• Cloud: AWS and GCP, networking, identity management, infra services.
• API-driven integrations: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs.
• macOS and Linux expertise; identity lifecycle, SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning.
