Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal platforms, automation
• Administer, optimize, and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, customer support, billing, collaboration
• Design automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows using modern
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems for data sync, provisioning, and
• Develop internal tools to improve onboarding, access management, operations, collaboration, and
• Introduce AI-powered solutions including intelligent assistants, automation, knowledge retrieval

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems/Business Systems Engineering with ownership of internal platforms
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Experience administering/integrating SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Solid cloud infra knowledge (AWS, GCP), networking, identity management, infra services.
• API-driven integrations using REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, and SaaS SDKs.
• Deep knowledge of macOS and Linux.
