Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of internal platforms and automation workflows.
• Administer, optimize, and integrate CRM, support, billing, collaboration, and engineering tools.
• Build integrations between internal systems for data sync and provisioning.
• Develop internal tools to improve onboarding, access, and productivity.
• Explore AI-powered solutions for workflow automation and analytics.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding, identity management, and self-service IT processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems/Business Systems Engineering with senior ownership of platforms.
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Experience administering and integrating SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Cloud expertise in AWS and GCP; networking, identity management, infrastructure services.
• API-driven integrations: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs.
• MacOS/Linux proficiency.
