Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal platforms, automation
• Administer, optimize, and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Design and develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows
• Build and maintain integrations to automate data sync, provisioning, and operations
• Develop internal tools to improve onboarding, access management, operations, collaboration, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems Engineering with ownership of internal platforms and automation
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash
• Experience administering/integrating SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP), networking, identity management, infrastructure services
• API-driven integrations (REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs)
• macOS and Linux expertise
