Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve internal platforms, automation workflows, and system integrations.
• Administer, optimize, and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows.
• Build reliable integrations for data sync, provisioning, and operations.
• Develop internal tools to boost onboarding, access management, and productivity.
• Introduce AI-powered solutions for workflow automation and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems Engineering with ownership of internal platforms and automation.
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Experience administering/integrating CRM, support, billing, collaboration, and engineering tools.
• Solid knowledge of AWS and GCP, networking, identity management, and infra services.
• Designing API-driven integrations (REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs).
• Deep macOS/Linux expertise.
