Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implement, and improve internal platforms, automation workflows, and integrations.
• Administer and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration, eng tools).
• Design and develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations for data sync, provisioning, and ops.
• Develop internal tools to improve onboarding, access management, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions, including intelligent assistants and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems Engineering with senior ownership.
• Strong programming in Python, Go, Bash.
• Experience administering/integrating SaaS platforms.
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS and GCP), identity management.
• API-driven integrations: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs.
• Remote-friendly or distributed work experience.
