Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal platforms, automation
• Administer, optimize, and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Design automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows using modern
• Build/maintain integrations to automate data sync, user provisioning, and operational processes.
• Develop internal tools to improve onboarding, access management, operations, collaboration, and
• Identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions, including intelligent assistants and workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems/Business Systems Engineering with senior ownership of internal
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Experience administering/integrating CRM, support, billing, collaboration, and engineering tools.
• Solid knowledge of cloud infra, especially AWS and GCP; networking, identity management, infra
• API-driven integrations with REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs.
• Deep knowledge of macOS/Linux environments.
