📋 Description

• Lead design and improvement of internal platforms, automation workflows, and integrations.
• Administer and integrate CRM, support, billing, collaboration, and engineering tools.
• Build automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows.
• Automate data syncing and onboarding processes across systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems/Biz Systems Engineering with senior ownership.
• Programming in Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with SaaS platforms: CRM, support, billing, etc.
• Strong AWS and GCP, networking, identity management.
• API-driven integrations: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SDKs.
• MacOS and Linux expertise.
