Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement internal platforms, automation workflows, and business system integrations.
• Administer, optimize, and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows.
• Build integrations between internal systems for data sync and provisioning.
• Develop internal tools to improve onboarding, access mgmt, and productivity.
• Identify AI-powered automation opportunities and operational analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems engineering with senior ownership of internal platforms and
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Experience administering and integrating SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Solid knowledge of AWS/GCP, networking, identity mgmt, and infra services.
• API-driven integrations using REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs.
• MacOS and Linux expertise.
