Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of internal platforms and automation workflows
• Administer, optimize, integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration, engineering
• Build automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows
• Develop integrations between internal systems for data sync and user provisioning
• Create internal tools to improve onboarding, access management, and productivity
• Explore AI-powered solutions for automation, knowledge retrieval, and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems engineering with senior ownership of internal platforms
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash
• Experience administering/integrating SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP), networking, identity management, infra services
• API-driven integrations: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs
• MacOS and Linux expertise
