Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal platforms, automation
• Administer, optimize, and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Design and develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations to automate data sync, provisioning, and operational processes.
• Develop internal tools to improve onboarding, access management, operations, collaboration, and
• Identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions and intelligent assistants, workflow automation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems engineering with senior ownership of internal platforms and
• Strong programming/scripting in Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Experience administering and integrating SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructures (AWS, GCP), networking, identity management, and infra
• Designing API-driven integrations using REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs.
• Deep understanding of macOS and Linux environments.
