Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal platforms, automation
• Administer and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration, engineering tools).
• Develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows.
• Build reliable integrations for data sync, user provisioning, and operations.
• Develop internal tools to boost onboarding, access management, and productivity.
• Identify AI-powered solutions for automation, analytics, and intelligent assistants.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems/Business Systems Engineering with ownership of internal platforms.
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Experience administering/integrating SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Cloud infrastructure knowledge, especially AWS and GCP; networking, identity management, infra
• API-driven integrations using REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs.
• Deep knowledge of macOS and Linux environments.
