Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of internal platforms and automation workflows
• Administer and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration, tools)
• Develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, event-driven workflows
• Build integrations between internal systems for data sync and provisioning
• Design onboarding, access management, and self-service IT workflows
• Provide advanced IT support focusing on root-cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems/Business Systems Engineering with senior ownership
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash
• Experience administering SaaS platforms and integrations
• Cloud infra knowledge: AWS, GCP; networking; identity management
• API-driven integrations: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs
• Experience with macOS/Linux and identity lifecycle management (SSO, SAML, SCIM)
