Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Administer and support Databricks workspaces, clusters, jobs, runtimes, compute policies
• Troubleshoot production issues incl. cluster instability and bottlenecks
• Manage Databricks governance, Unity Catalog, and security
• Performance and cost optimization, autoscaling, compute policies
• Develop and maintain CI/CD and IaC using Azure DevOps and Terraform
• Collaborate with Data Eng, DataOps, Infra, Security, DBA, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Azure Databricks administration and L2/L3 production support
• Strong Azure cloud experience incl. networking, storage, identity/security
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Databricks issues
• Good communication and ownership skills
• Nice to have SQL Server and MongoDB administration
• Onsite work 4 days/week at Ann Arbor, MI
