Platform Engineer, Onboard Compute

📋 Description

• Own build flows, test environments, and delivery pipelines for FPGA and GPU code.
• Maintain toolchains (synthesis, simulation, cross-compilation, containerized builds).
• Align delivery methods with planning for multiple missions and expanding compute needs.
• Own Jira roadmap, enable on-demand reporting, and report team status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with tech leads to estimate work and improve planning accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/CE or related field, 3+ years engineering exp.
• Hands-on FPGA and/or GPU workflows (synthesis/compilation, simulation, build/release).
• Experience with build systems, test environments, and embedded/hardware-adjacent pipelines.
• Ability to manage variation across products/missions with shared components.
• Scripting to automate toolchains, pipelines, and reporting.
• Fluent with Jira (epics/stories, dashboards, JQL) and Confluence.
