🎯 Requirements

8+ years in platform engineering with 2+ years in a people-management role.
Hands-on Kubernetes administration at scale (ArgoCD, Helm, cluster lifecycle).
Expert in Terraform and IaC, with CI/CD and GitOps experience.
Deep AWS experience and cloud-native containerization.
Strong observability, security/IAM knowledge and excellent communication.
