Platform Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise assigned titles across process, P&L, development metrics, store presence, featuring
• Work closely with Game Teams (PROD, QA, GD, GFX, etc.) to plan resources efficiently and support
• Monitor project progress regularly, anticipate issues, and provide guidance to ensure on-time
• Track game health and KPIs, and act as a problem solver for issues related to servers, IAP
• Propose platform or gameplay improvements when needed to optimize key metrics such as costs
• Support implementation of new features and HQ requests, and provide timely status updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge: Understanding of managed platform procedures and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of game development.
• Technical knowledge of platforms is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong service mindset and stakeholder management.
• Clear, fact-based communication with diplomatic negotiation skills.
• Good organization and resource planning.
